Over the next few years, the Churchill Park Advisory Committee plans to completely renovate the Churchill Dog Park into the first “Green” Dog Park in Chicago (view rendering).
The collective blood, sweat, tears and donations from those who use the park, and the Bucktown/Wicker Park community, will help the Park be a place the dogs love to come … and we love to be at. 2011 DOGS OF CHURCHILL PARK CALENDAR
The Churchill Park Advisory Council is excited to announce two opportunities for you to place your dog’s picture in the 2011 Dogs of Churchill Park Calendar! The calendars will be on sale by December 3 for $10 each or 2 for $15.
Get your dog the recognition and spotlight he/she so deserves by:
- Buying a full month or the cover for your dog’s photo
(photo will be taken by a professional photographer free of charge)
- Submitting a photo to be placed on a date of your choice
(birthday, homecoming, etc).
FIRST STEP >
Email churchilldogs@gmail.com with the following information:
- Name, Address, Phone Number
- Dog’s Name, Breed/Type (if more than one dog please list all)
- Your first and second choice of month and/or date you would like your dog(s) to appear on.
- Preferred payment type: check or pay pal.
ALL MONTHS AND DATES WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS!

Calendar Cover $150 (Cover only, monthly shot not included)
Special Day Photo $25
After contacting churchilldogs@gmail.com, a committee member will contact you regarding the calendar month, photo submission and payment. All full month pages as well as the cover pages submission will receive one complimentary copy of the calendar.
THIRD STEP >
Submit your photo. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1 Email a high resolution JPG of your pup for the calendar. All photos are subject to committee approval, so please make it tasteful but feel free to get creative!
Option 2 Schedule a professional photo shoot with one of the three professional photographers donating their time to shoot for the calendar. Photographers will be assigned by the committee members and are based on photographer availability. Professional photo shoot does not apply to special day photos.
PHOTO SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 12.
